WHO I BE
I am a culinary professional with 20 years of kitchen experience. A New Jersey native with deep southern roots. I come from a family of exceptional cooks and farmers. The city exposed me to different cultures and cuisines from a young age. That’s where my love for food and understanding of flavor started being cultivated. Experiencing fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood at the peak of their seasons helped formulate my sensitive palate—henceforth, rendering my balanced style of cooking.
The goal is to highlight the true flavors and capture the essence of each item, creating a dish that will sit in your memory for a long time.
I’ve worked in various avenues of the culinary world from restaurants to health care. In 2016 my culinary path led me to cooking for MLB teams—finding the Atlanta Braves to be my home away from home.
In 2022 I took on doing private chef work—working closely with my client to accomplish his goals of better health and quality of life.
I am currently working on creating immersive dining experiences that highlight my culinary creativity and passion for expression. My mission is to share my passion and give memorable experiences when people taste my food. It’s all love on the plate… for food, people, art, and culture.
